Kyiv, 14th September 2018 -- As Ukraine prepares for the second Presidential and Parliamentary elections since the Maydan revolution, three organizations have joined forces to help thwart outside efforts to subvert the democratic process.

Politicians in Ukraine need to drop populism and unfeasible promises for the sake of the country’s future, Ukrainian President, Petro Poroshenko has said at the 15th Yalta European Strategy (YES) Annual Meeting “The Next Generation of Everything”, organized by the Victor Pinchuk Foundation.

Ukraine shall be the eastern stronghold in NATO’s common security system, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said. Poroshenko was addressing the 15th Annual Yalta European Strategy (YES) Conference, themed “The Next Generation of Everything”, organized by the Victor Pinchuk Foundation.

Ukraine and its partners in the West should carefully assess all the risks and opportunities the future brings, said Victor Pinchuk, the founder of the Yalta European Strategy (YES), the Victor Pinchuk Foundation and EastOne Group, in his welcome speech to the 15th YES Annual Meeting “The Next Generation of Everything”.
