ICTV is the first non-governmental national TV-channel in Ukraine. Our position is fairly clear: we do our job for people. We realize that the trust of our viewers needs to be justified.
TV-Channel is preferred by young men, who live in blissful families, where wives or girlfriends share their choices, at least as far as television tastes are concerned. But this does not mean women do not watch TV when there are no men next to them.
Our plans are courageous and far-sighted, and the desire to realize them is enormous. On every day basis, ICTV creates new ideas that unite talented journalists, producers, leads and showmen around them. Today, ICTV owns one of the largest non-state broadcasting networks in Ukraine. Content is broadcasted 24 hours a day. ICTV programs are available for 95.5% of Ukraine population, which are almost 41 million people. The largest reach of potential audience is in Kiev, western, central and northern regions.
Our information unit remains a priority of ICTV for many years. The channel broadcasts informational programs Facts, Facts. Sport, as well as the journalistic project Facts of the Week with Oksana Sokolova. Freedom of Speech was the first large-scale public-political project on domestic television. Subsequently, the program became the main discussion platform of the country.
The TV-channel has formed its own special series of journalistic and analytical projects, which familiarize viewers with various aspects of public life during the week.
Also, ICTV presents carefully selected films and series of Ukrainian and foreign production to its audience.
