Social and political weekly magazine ""Novoye Vremya Strany"" (NV) and news site - projects, incarnating in itself the best traditions of quality journalism.
Founded in the spring of 2014 by the former team of a ""Korrespondent"" magazine,the most successful Ukrainian news project for the last 10 years. The first issue of NV went ut on May, 16, 2014. The magazine covers the key events in Ukraine and in the world. Greater part of the NV team consists of former employees of Korrespondent magazine and Korrespondent.net. In November 2013 businessman, loyal to the regime of former President Viktor Yanukovych, bought ""Korrespondent"" and demanded to change the editorial policy. Editor in chief Vitaly Sych, who for more than 10 years was a head of the magazine, and almost the entire team left the project at the same moment. So this team founded NV. Tomas Fiala, founder and co-owner of the largest investment company in Ukraine Dragon Capital, President European Business Association, who trully believe in NV project, became an investor. The editorial declared the critical position for any government and orientation to create a successful media business. The editorial policy is based on the values of personal and economic freedoms. The magazine is aimed at representing the interests of readers in a dialogue with authority.
Web version of NV (NV.ua) was launched on 17 June 2014. Project positions itself as online news media. The site provides latest news, highlights key events in Ukraine and in the world and provides its exclusive content. Site emphasis on the blogs of opinion leaders. The head of the online project is Oleg Lysenko, previously - chief editor of the largest Internet-portal of the country bigmir) net. The site aims to become one of the largest Russian-language resources in Ukraine.
New stage in the development of media holding was the launch RADIO NV – is the first Ukraine's independent national radio station news/talk format. Radio NV is airing in 40 cities of Ukraine and covering all regional centers and the largest districts of the country. Daily radio NV broadcasts of speech and author's programs from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., the news reports – every 20 minutes.
