Morgan WILLIAMS is the Director of Government Affairs at SigmaBleyzer's Washington D.C. office. He is the President of the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC), Washington, D.C. He was elected Chairman of the USUBC Executive Committee in 2005 and elected President in January 2007. USUBC is a private, non-profit, international business trade association. The membership of USUBC has grown from seven in January 2005 to now over 200. USUBC is the largest country-specific trade association in the world for Ukraine that is not headquartered inside Ukraine. USUBC serves as a strong international voice for investing and doing business in Ukraine and works to expand trade and business connections between Ukraine and the United States. For 26 years, Mr. Williams has been doing economic and business development work in Ukraine since 1992. He served as a Professional Staff Member of the U.S. Senate Agriculture Committee for U.S. Senator Bob Dole (R-Kan), ranking Republican on the Agriculture Committee. From 1968 to 1977, Mr. Williams was State Director of the U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) rural economic development program in Kansas.
