Tsymbal Andriy

Andriy TSYMBAL is the Managing Partner at KPMG in Ukraine, appointed on March 1st, 2014. He has been a Partner at KPMG since 2006 and Head of Audit Department since 2011. Mr. Tsymbal has more than 20 years of experience in providing services to Ukrainian and international companies. Having been with KPMG since 1997, he has acquired solid professional experience in Ukraine and internationally. In 2002-2003, he worked in KPMG in Johannesburg, South Africa. During his carrier at KPMG, he has developed a strong network of contacts across the Ukrainian business community. He is highly knowledgeable in the practicalities of organizing local and multinational cross-functional teams to ensure the desired output is achieved. Mr. Tsymbal actively manages and coordinates the KPMG's sector and industry-specific events (conferences, seminars, workshops). He has a lot of experience with International Financial Reporting Standards, an audit of the financial statements, provision of recommendations to improve internal procedures and processes, risk management reviews and assistance to clients with cross-border acquisition due diligence. He participated in various assignments for banks and insurance companies, as well as for companies in energy, retail, automotive and real estate sectors. Mr. Tsymbal is an ACCA member, qualified statutory auditor (certificate “A” and “B” of the Audit Chamber of Ukraine), and served as a Member of the Board of Directors of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine from 2014 to 2015. He holds an MBA from Waynesburg College, USA and an MSc from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
