Michael TSAREV is an Executive Director at EastOne Group in Kyiv and London. EastOne Group is an international investment advisory group that provides strategic and investment management services to a diversified portfolio of assets across multiple geographies and industry sectors. EastOne provides services to a portfolio of over twenty companies and large scale projects, among them the INTERPIPE Pipe and Wheel Company, media assets: StarLightMedia TV Group that joins the following TV Channels: STB, Novy, ICTV, QTV, M1 and M2, "CreditDnepr" bank. Before being appointed to EastOne, Mr. Tsarev has served as Executive Director with Mint Yard Capital Management Company since March 2009, following eighteen years with KPMG, where he served as Director and Managing Partner in offices in Germany, UK and Russia. He was in charge of financial consulting of large and middle-sized Russian and international companies on M&A, project financing, estimating business value, creating private equity funds, generating strategies on boosting company’s capitalization, bond offering, IPO on international stock exchanges. Mr. Tsarev was in charge of Lukoil shares listing on the London stock exchange.
