Titarchuk Mikhail

Mikhail TITARCHUK is a Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine. There, he also heads various Departments, including Attracting Investments, Economic Strategy and Macroeconomic Forecast, Regulation of Foreign Economic Activities, Intellectual Property, and Tourism and Resorts. Previously, he served as the Deputy Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from 2016. In 2009-2015, he was the Head of the facility of West Niari Project at SOREMI SA (Gerald Metals Group) in Mfouatti, Republic of Congo, and the Deputy Director of Administrative Issues at SOREMI SA (China National Gold & Gerald Metals Group) in Pointe Noire, Republic of Congo. In 2007-2009, he worked as the UN Mission Project Manager at Aero Service Ltd. in Kinshasa, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and was a Contractor at Avia-Leasing LTD (Avicos Group) in Brazzaville, Republic of Congo. Prior, Mr. Titarchuk has worked at the Ukrainian Aviation Transport Company. Professionally, Mr. Titarchuk is a lawyer. He received a master's degree from National University of State Tax Service. He fluently speaks English and French, knows German and Spanish, and is native in Russian and Ukrainian.
