Spektor Michael

Michael SPEKTOR is the President of the Forbes And Manhattan Ukraine LLC, a managing and investment company. Since October 2015, he has been providing engineering solutions in a number of industries including metallurgical production, real estate development, gold mining, IT, scientific research in the production of mineral fertilizers to aid global hunger. Previously, he was President/CEO of VS Energy International Ukraine LLC in 2005 - 2015. There he has built up and managed a corporation holdings including 1/3 of the Ukrainian market of energy distribution (8 energy distribution companies), 5 Premier Hotels and Resorts (including Premier Palace Hotel) and 16 hotels in Ukraine and abroad, Metallurgical plant Dniprospetsstal, PJSC First Investment Bank, and number of real estate projects. From 1993 to 2005, he was a Commercial Director until 1995, then President of JSC “Kiev-Code.” There, he worked in electricity trading, nuclear fuel, metallurgical products, development and implementation of the privatization of the Ukrainian energy sector. Currently, he serves as the President of Open Hearts Charity Foundation of Ukraine, an organization he co-founded to assist needy children, sponsor talented youth and help people in difficult life situations.
