Igor SMELYANSKY is the Acting Director General at the Ukrainian National Postal Operator (Ukrposhta), since July 2016. He has more than seventeen years of experience in strategic management and financial consulting industries. Previously, Mr. Smelyanskyi worked at the KPMG in New York, Boston Consulting Group in CIS, and held managerial posts at a well-known bank institution. He holds an MBA degree from Georgetown University and a Juris Doctor degree from the George Washington University Law School.
