Dmytro SHYMKIV is the former Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine on administrative, social and economic reforms. He assumed his current position in 2014, having previously been the CEO of Microsoft Ukraine for 7 years. He also serves as the Secretary of the National Council of Reforms, where he is responsible for reforms coordination, innovations, and change management in the Administration. He led the development of the President's sustainable development strategy "Ukraine 2020", the electronic public procurement platform ProZorro, the launch of 3G & 4G tenders, open data, cybersecurity, and etc.
