Shylina Yulia

Yulia SHYLINA is the Corporate Communications Director at DTEK, appointed in September 2017. She has worked at DTEK since 2012 and headed the DTEK’s communications department and the DTEK Energy’s communications directorate. Prior, from 2007 to 2012, she headed the company communications at Kyivstar, the largest Ukrainian mobile operator. From 2005 to 2007, Ms. Shylina managed projects in the divisions of SPN Ogilvy international communication agency and relocated to Kyiv to open the agency’s office there. In 2013, she was in the TOP 10 of the most promising PR specialists nominated by the Marketing Media Review. In 2014, the DTEK’s press relations office, which was headed by Ms. Shylina, was declared the best in Ukraine by PressZvanie National Award. She graduated in 2001 from the Saint Petersburg State Academy of Performing Arts, and two years later from the Saint Petersburg University of Economics and Finance.
