Head of the Board , Professional Government Association of Ukraine
Artem SHAIPOV is the Head of the Board of Professional Government Association (PGA), which he co-founded as well as other social projects to support and give voice to talented Ukrainians willing to improve their country. The PGA unites over 25 alumni associations with over 3,000 western-educated Ukrainians. Mr. Shaipov is an international project manager with a legal background and a mission to advance justice and public administration in Ukraine. For the last five years, he has been working on international technical assistance projects to support justice sector reform in Ukraine. Earlier, he worked at leading Kyiv-based think-tanks focusing on public law reform. He earned a Master of Law degree in international law and EU law from the University of Cambridge (UK), and BA and MA from the Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University. He is an alumnus of short-term exchange and internship programs on governance, economics, public policy, and democracy of the Berlin School of Economics and Law (Germany), Peking University (China), Tartu University (Estonia), the Jagiellonian University (Poland), the Kyiv School of Economics, and the Canada-Ukraine Parliamentary Program.
