Giovanni Salvetti was an advisor for the Ad Hoc Committee of FESCO bondholders on US$650 million debt restructuring. In 2017, he advised the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine on the US $3billion sovereign bond issue, Belarusian Alutech Group on a sale of 75% of the company's shares to the Hörmann Group, and PrivatBank on the restructuring of the loan portfolio related to the former UBOs. Additionally, he advised QIA in purchasing a 19% stake in Rosneft for about US$10 billion, DTEK on the restructuring of US$2.5 billion debt, and Metinvest on the restructuring of US$3.2 billion debt. In 2016, he advised the sale of Ukrsotsbank by UniCredit in exchange for a minority stake in ABH Holdings and consortium of Indian O&G companies on the acquisition of 23.9% stake in Vankor and acquisition of 29.9% stake in Taas-Yuryakh from Rosneft. In 2015, he advised the sale of Pietro Barbaro Group shipping assets in Russia to Rosneft, the sale of Arawak Energy Russia, and Rosatom’s participated project company in Finland in securing an EUR2.4 billion financing from Russian sovereign wealth fund (National Wealth Fund) for the construction of a 1,200 MW nuclear power plant with Rosatom technology. In 2014, Mr. Salvetti advised Lenta on its US$1 billion IPO on the London Stock Exchange and the Moscow Exchange.
