Olexandr RYZHENKO is the Head of State Agency for e-Governance of Ukraine, which implements state policy in the spheres of e-government, informatization and information society development, and works directly with the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. He was appointed to his current position in August 2014 by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Mr. Ryzhenko is responsible for the management of all aspects of information technologies needed to support the County Government ICT transformation and that of its constituents. Prior, he spent 10 years implementing ICT and e-Governance projects on a state and national level in Ukraine. Mr. Ryzhenko holds a bachelor's degree in System Engineering and a master's degree in Administrative Management.
