Rudniev Oleksii

Oleksii RUDNIEV is a Co-Founder and a Deputy Chairman of the Board of the PuJSC “CB “ACCORDBANK,” where he oversees and coordinates the strategic business development planning process in the Bank. During his 2-year tenure in the PuJSC “CB ACСORDBANK,” he oversaw operations and strategic planning that resulted in net profit increases in more than 5 times. He profitably employed his rich experience in implementation of the foreign business model in the Ukrainian banking market. Mr. Rudniev is a career banker with more than 18 years of experience leading growth in Banking space and developing high-performance teams and efficient banking sales networks-alternative channels as well as branches at leading Ukrainian as well as foreign banks. He also was one of the economic advisers of the Head of the National Bank of Ukraine and Prime Minister of Ukraine. Mr. Rudniev has significant experience in business long-range planning, retail banking, corporate relationship management for public and private sectors, credit analysis, and assessment and management, complex loan syndications. He holds a master’s degree in Banking Management from Kyiv National Economic University. Mr.Rudniev lives in Kyiv with his wife and four children.
