Chairman of the Executive Board , Ukrnafta
Mark ROLLINS is a Chairman of the Executive Board of Ukrnafta since September 2015. He has over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, having worked for global energy companies. Mr. Rollins started his career with Shell, where he engaged in business development in the FSU, including in Russia and the North Caspian. From 1996, he held key commercial and strategic positions with Clyde Petroleum of the UK and the integrated oil and gas company ARCO in the U.S. After the merger of ARCO with BP in 2000, he moved to work in the deregulated gas and power sector and spent several years restructuring the business of Nuon in the Netherlands. From 2004 to 2008, Mr. Rollins was the CEO and a board member of a private equity-backed exploration and production company with operations in South America. In 2008, Mr. Rollins joined BG Group as Senior Vice President for Growth in Europe and Central Asia. In 2010, he became Senior Vice President of BG Group for Central Asia based in Astana. Following this, he returned to the BG Group head office as part of the senior leadership of the global upstream organization. Mr. Rollins received a Ph.D. in Engineering Science from Oxford University in 1989 and an MA in Mathematics from Cambridge University in 1985.
