Member of Parliament of Ukraine
Valeriy PYSARENKO is a Ukrainian nonpartisan politician, who has been a member of Parliament of Ukraine since March 26th, 2006. He is an Honored Lawyer of Ukraine and candidate of Juridical Sciences. In October 2016, he was elected as the Vice-Chairman of the Bureau of the Group of Experts on Renewable Energy and the Vice-Chairman of the Bureau of the Group of Experts on Energy Efficiency of the Committee on Sustainable Energy of the UNECE. Mr. Pysarenko was recognized as the Lawyer of the Year in Ukraine in the nomination "Legislator of the Year" in 2011. He began his higher education in 1997 at the Academy of Advocacy of Ukraine at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. On July 1st, 2010, he became a candidate of legal sciences by specialty "Constitutional and Municipal Law." From April to May 2015, he participated in the program "Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management" at the University of California in Berkeley. In February 2016, he graduated from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, where who took a business course "Leadership for the 21 century: chaos, conflict, and courage." Mr. Pysarenko was born on July 8th, 1980 in Nova Kakhovka, Kherson region, Ukraine.
