Pertin Alexey

Alexey PERTIN is the CEO of Smart-Holding Private Joint-Stock Company (PJSC) since October 2015. He joined the company in 2007 and was immediately promoted to be the Strategy and Corporate Development Director. Prior, he occupied various key positions at Severstal-Group, LLC including the Deputy CEO for Business Development from 2004 to 2006, and the CEO of Izhora Pipe Mill CJSC from 2002 to 2004. Mr. Pertin is a member of the Supervisory Board of Metinvest Group and is the Chairman of the Strategy and Investment Committee of Metinvest Group. He holds an MBA from the Newcastle Business School at the University of Northumbria. Prior, he studied finance management from 2003 to 2005 at the Institute of Professional Managers (ACCA) and in 2001 at the Saint Petersburg State Technical University. In 1994, Mr. Pertin graduated from the faculty of General Technology at Cherepovets State University.
