Pavlenko Oleksiy

Oleksiy PAVLENKO is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mriya Farming Plc (UK) since 2018 and the Chairman of the Ukrainian-Dutch Business Council since 2017. He has been an Expert at the Ukrainian Institute for the Future since 2016 and a Member of the Supervisory Board of National Agrarian University of Ukraine since 2015. Mr. Pavlenko was the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine from 2014 to 2016. Prior, he was a Member of the Supervisory Board at European Milk Technologies, and consulted Agroprogress Holding Ltd and Forum Capital. From 2009 till 2013, he was a Member of the Advisory Board of National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. In 2007-2009, he was the CEO of Foxtrot, where he managed investments in Ukraine and Moldova, and prior in 2004-2006, he was the CEO of Rise Group (Ukraine), managing its activities in Ukraine, Moldova, and Russia. Previously, in 2002-2003, Mr. Pavlenko was a Member of an Audit Committee and a Member of Restructuring and Business Development teams within Damen Shipyards Group (Netherlands), which dealt with projects realization in Ukraine, Romania, and the Netherlands. He received an MBA from the Nyenrode Business School in the Netherlands, and a bachelor’s in Economics from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy in 1998.
