Pavlenko Olena

Olena PAVLENKO is the President of the Ukrainian think-tank DiXi Group and a co-founder of the “Ukrainian Energy” website. She has been working in the energy sector for more than 15 years, focusing on energy security, information policy in the energy sphere, energy transparency, and oil and gas market liberalization. Dr. Pavlenko is the Deputy Head of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) Multi-Stakeholder Group (MSG) in Ukraine. She also is a Board Member of Think Tanks Liason Office in Brussels and a member of the EU - Ukraine Civil Society Platform. In 2015 - 2016, she was a member of PWYP Steering Committee and served as a Consultant to the Minister of Energy during 2015-2016. She coordinated numerous projects in monitoring Ukraine’s commitments to European energy reforms and promoting new energy legislation within the gas and electricity markets and energy regulator.
