He is also serving as a Managing Partner at Synergizers, a consultancy for corporate governance, strategic management, and succession planning. His professional expertise includes corporate governance, board-level advisory, strategic management, and international development. Alexander possesses 20 years of varied business experience, which is a solid mix of executive management, entrepreneurship and investment, consultancy and advisory roles. Being a professionally trained Non-Executive and Independent Director, Mr. Pastukh is an acting member of the Corporate Governance Professional Association (CGPA) and a specialist in corporate board architecture and development. Social entrepreneurship activities include Personal Strategy School and serving on a Supervisory Board at ICU Alumni Association.
