Pankevych Bohdan

Bohdan PANKEVYCH is a member of the Board of Ukrainian Galician Party, where he served as the Head in 2016-2018 and prior as the Executive Secretary in 2012-2016. He was a Chairman of an NGO «Ukrainian Galician Assembly» in 2014-2016 and prior worked at NGO «West Analytic Group» in 2012-2014. Mr. Pankevych was an Adviser to the Mayor of Lviv (2007-2012), and Expert on economic affairs at the City Institute of Lviv (2005-2007), and the Director of a Regional Agency of Economic Development (1995-2005). Prior, he was an Advisor to the General Director at the Netherlands-Ukrainian Agroproject (1993-1996), Director of Department of the Fund of Social Adaptation for Youth in Lviv (1992-1995), and worked in Department of Youth of the Executive Committee of the Lviv Regional Council (1991-1992). Prior to joining the government of Lviv, he worked in public catering in Lviv in 1982-1990 and before that was a Research Engineer at Institute of Applied mechanics and mathematics of Academy of Science in 1979-1982. Mr. Pankevych served as an Honorary Consul in Lviv of the Kingdom of the Netherlands (1996-2016). He received a master's degree in Mechanics from the Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Mechanics at the Ivan Franko University of Lviv in 1979. In 1991, he took summer semester of economics at the Ukrainian Free University.
