Head , Ukrainian Stock Breeders Association
Iryna PALAMAR is an agrarian expert, the head of the Ukrainian Stock Breeders Association, a public figure, and a Managing Partner of the largest Ukrainian company in the field of fodder production and provision of complex stock breeding services AVA Group. She has 15 years of professional experience in the field of agriculture, an introduction of business start-ups, development of international cooperation and attraction of investments. Ms. Palamar is the author of a large number of articles and publications in business and agricultural Ukrainian and international media. She is a member of the Working Group on Export Promotion and the Working Group on Improvement of Customs and Tariff Regulation and Trade Protection at the International Trade Council and a member of numerous working groups of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations, executive authorities, national and international institutions regarding the drafting of normative legal acts. Previously in 2015-2017, she was a managing partner of Agrovet Atlantic Group and LLC «Trading House «Feedlance» and prior to that she was their Director of Strategic Planning and Business Development in 2008-2015. In 2015 - 2016, she was an Adviser to the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine on livestock issues. From 2004 to 2008, Ms. Palamar worked in the field of land relations, real estate and engaged in consulting in the direction of business development. In 2015, she received a laureate of the "Person of the Year" Award in the "Agrarium of the Year" nomination. Ms. Palamar holds a degree in Economics and Management from the Irpin’s Economics College of the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine and a degree in Business Economics from the Vinnytsia Agrarian University. Currently, Ms. Palamar is working on a thesis research in National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine for a degree of a candidate of economic sciences.
