Ozerova Lidiia

Lidiia OZEROVA is the East Europe Regional Business Director at Monsanto Ukraine, LLC. Appointed in June 2016, she is responsible for developing maize and oilseed rape seeds business in Ukraine, Russia, and Belarus. She joined Monsanto in Ukraine in December 2008, since that time she worked as Technology Development Representative for the Northern Ukraine, and in 2010, was promoted to Technology Development Lead. In October 2012, Ms. Ozerova switched to the Regional Sales Manager position, heading the sales team in the North-Western, and then in Central Ukraine. Before assuming her current position, she served as the Sales Director for one year. She holds a Master of Sciences in Biology and Chemistry from Donetsk National University, and a Ph.D. in Biology and Plant Physiology from the Institute of Plant Physiology and Genetics of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
