Founder and Managing Partner , Grant Thornton in Ukraine
Inna NOVAK is a Founder and Managing Partner of Grant Thornton in Ukraine. She has extensive experience in the field of management consulting, strategic and financial advisory. Portfolio of Inna Novak includes companies operating in an energy field, oil and gas industry, aerospace and machine building sector, defense, transport, municipal infrastructure, hospitality, etc. Her experience is based on cutting-edge large consultancy and assurance projects for the World Bank Group, the EBRD, other IFIs, international donors, Ukrainian market-makers in different spheres, governmental organizations and large public companies. She is a member of Coordination Council of Ukrainian Public Movement “Sila Prava”(Force of Law) and head of NGO Democratic Initiatives for the Future. Ms. Novak takes a proactive position in the social and economic development of the Kyiv city community. She was a deputy of the Kyiv City Council for 8 years, and Vice-Chairman of the Committee on Budget Issues and Social-Economic Development in the same period. She has 10 years’ experience of lecturing in Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine. Ms. Novak holds a Ph.D. degree in Economics, Certified Auditor.
