Co-founder, Director , Institute of Social and Economic Research
Yuriy MIRONENKO is a Member of the Public Supervisory Board of the Novi Lidery Project. He is the Co-founder and the Director of the Institute of Social and Economic Research (ISER), an NGO and analytical center that provides research on national security, sustainable development, economics, state budget, regional policy, impacts on group dynamics, etc. The institute has engaged with more than 20 experts, held more than 3000 public discussions, conferences and presentations, developed more than 20 bills, and trained more than 300 students. Previously, Mr. Mironenko was the CEO of the Holding Diamond Sphere Group, a project development and asset management company that works in the field of energy, agriculture, IT, and logistics. He was the CFO of the Open Joint Stock Company Concern Stirol, the biggest chemical plant in Ukraine, and later he was a project manager who was responsible for the acquisition of the company. Prior, Mr. Mironenko worked at the Training Department of the BNP Paribas bank during the period of the fast growth of the company from 3,000 to 12,000 employees and from 150 to 1,000 branches. He managed communication between the personnel, top management, and the clients. He holds a master’s degree in International Economy.
