Mayor of Kremenchuk
Vitalii MALETSKYI is a Ukrainian politician and Mayor of Kremenchuk since November 24th, 2015. In 2010, the Mayor of Kremenchuk Oleh Babaiev, appointed him a Deputy Mayor for Humanitarian Affairs. Prior, he was the director of the Kremenchuk City Center for Social Services for Family, Children, and Youth in 2005. From September 2003 to February 2005, Mr. Maletskyi studied at the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine in Kyiv. He holds a master's degree in Public Administration with a specialization in local self-government and city administration. After graduating from the academy, he received a referral for work in local self-government bodies. From November 2000 to November 2004, he attended a correspondence post-graduate course of the KDPU on the specialty of Industrial Economics. In June 2000, he graduated from Kremenchuk National University and received a diploma of a specialist with distinction in Management of Organizations, with the qualification of manager-economist. Mr. Maletskyi was born on September 5th, 1978 in Kremenchuk.
