Representative of the President in the Parliament of Ukraine
Irina LUTSENKO is the Representative of the President in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and is a member of the Petro Poroshenko Bloc. Since 2015, she has served as the Chairperson of the Subcommittee on International Legal Affairs and Parliamentary Control over the Implementation of International Obligations by Ukraine of the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. From 2012 to 2014, Mrs. Lutsenko chaired the Sub-Committee on Gender Equality and was a Deputy Chair of the Committee on Human Rights, National Minorities, and Inter-Ethnic Relations. She also has over 15 years of experience working in commerce and management. She was the Commercial Director (2009-2012), Administrative Director (2008-2009) and Financial Director (2005-2008) at Ukrainian Newest Telecommunications (ТМ UNTC). While working there, she also served as the Director at Business center “Lotus” (2008-2012). Prior to joining TM UNTC, she was the Head of Department at NAIC "Oranta" (2004-2005). Previously, she served as the Head of the Kyiv Oblast Territorial Office of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (1998-2004) and the Deputy Head of the Rivne Territorial Office of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (1994-1998). Mrs. Lutsenko started her career as a software engineer ACS at "Soyuzuchprybor" in 1988 and, prior to her departure, she served as a leading specialist at the Department of Economy of the Rivne Oblast Executive Committee. She graduated from Lviv Polytechnic Institute (now Lviv Polytechnic National University) with a degree in Applied Mathematics in 1988 and obtained her second degree in Accounting and Auditing from the Ukrainian State Academy of Water Resources in 1996.
