Kubilius Andrius

Andrius KUBILIUS is a member of the International Advisory Council of Reforms to the President of Ukraine, which he joined in 2015. He is also a member of the International Advisory Council at the International Republican Institute, USA, and a member of the Advisory Board of EuroGrowth Initiative at the Atlantic Council, USA. Mr. Kubilius is the author of the Marshall Plan for Ukraine, a Lithuanian initiative that outlines EU support for Ukraine. Previously, he was a Lithuanian politician who served as Prime Minister of Lithuania (1999-2000 and 2008-2012). He is also a former leader of the conservative political party Homeland Union (Lithuanian Christian Democrats) and a member of the pro-independence Sąjūdis movement, which supported separation from the Soviet Union.
