Svitlana KONONCHUK is the CEO of the Ukrainian Center for Independent Political Research (UCIPR). Her sphere of expertise includes a comparative analysis of political parties development and party politics, electoral legislation and politics, democratic consolidation, and political risks assessment. She has authored many articles, policy papers, and several books on these subjects. Dr. Kononchuk is a German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) alumna (2014, 2018).
