Olena KONDRATIUK is a member of the Ukrainian Parliament. Since 2007, she has been a member of the Batkivshchyna party faction, the core party of the former Yulia Tymoshenko Block, in the VI, VII, VIII convocations. At the Verkhovna Rada, she serves as the Secretary of the Committee on Freedom of Speech and Information Policy, Member of the Permanent Delegation to the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, and the Co-Chair of the Inter-Faction Association (IFA) Equal Opportunities, which she co-founded in 2011. It was created to improve the position of women in society, intensify the public dialogue on ensuring gender equality in various spheres of social and political life. With IFA Equal Opportunities, Ms. Kondratiuk aided the launch of the 1st Ukrainian Women’s Congress in 2017 and its Odessa branch in May 2018. She was born November 17, 1970, in Lviv.
