Chairman of the Management Board , Center for Political and Legal Reforms
Ihor KOLIUSHKO is the founder of the Centre of Policy and Legal Reform and has been its Head of the Board since 2007. Prior he served as Chair of the Centre from its establishment in 1996. Additionally, Mr. Koliushko is the Chairman of Kyiv-Mohyla Public Administration School and an expert in public law and administration. His working experience includes various posts such as Member of Constitution Assembly (2012-2013), Member of the National Commission for Strengthening Democracy and Establishing the Rule of Law in Ukraine under the President of Ukraine (2005-2009 and 2011-2012), Advisor to the President of Ukraine (2005-2006), Member of the Ukrainian Parliament (1994-2002), Member of the State Commission on Administrative Reform in Ukraine (1997-2001), consultant to various members of the Parliament of Ukraine (1990-1994) and Advisor to Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine (1992-1993). Mr. Koliushko is an author and co-author of many draft laws, adopted by Ukrainian Parliament, and of several scientific publications. He graduated with a degree in Law in 2000 and with a degree in Physics in 1989 from the Ivan Franko University of Lviv.
