Klochko Mykola

Mykola KLOCHKO is the Head of Sumy Regional State Administration since January 2015. Prior, he served as the Head of Sumy Regional Council from 2014 to 2015. Before starting his career in politics, Mr. Klochko worked as entrepreneur and an attorney in Sumy. He served as the General Director of JSC Food Service Format, Ltd. from 2006 to 2009. Mr. Klochko began his career as a lecturer in the World’s History Department of Sumy State A. S. Makarenko Pedagogical University after graduating from there in 2003. He has a degree in History and Law, and English Language and a qualification to teach history, law, English, and foreign literature. In 2002, he earned a master’s degree in Legal Regulation of Economy from Kyiv National Economic University and a Ph.D. in 2016. Born on June 25th, 1978 in Sumy, he is married and has a son.
