Yevhen HLIBOVYTSKY is a strategic advisor and a member of Nestor Group, an interdisciplinary expert group he co-founded in 2012 that debates long-term strategic issues for Ukraine. Since 2006, he has served as OSCE expert in countries of Central Asia and the Caucasus. He is currently a member of the supervisory board of the Ukrainian Public TV and Radio and a part-time lecturer at the Ukrainian Catholic University in Lviv. Mr. Hlibovytsky is a founder of pro.mova, a think-tank and consultancy based in Kyiv and Lviv, Ukraine, and a co-founder and member of Univska Group (2007-2011), which developed and implemented strategic vision for Lviv. He researches social values and the role of culture in the transformation of Ukraine and other countries of the former Soviet region. In his previous career as a journalist, Mr. Hlibovytsky covered political and international affairs and co-authored the concepts for Hromadske.tv, and prior for Channel 5, which were important voices both for Maidan in 2014 and Orange Revolution in 2004.
