Jaan HEINSOO is the Regional Director of Central and Eastern Europe at the Enterprise Estonia, an agency within the Estonian national entrepreneurship support system that contributes to the achievement of long-term strategic goals of the Estonian economy. The activities of Enterprise Estonia include investment and export promotion, financial support, development of business and regional policy. He has extensive entrepreneurial experience as former CEO of an Estonian biofuel production company, as well as over a decade of country promotion, business and legal advisory experience in Enterprise Estonia and KPMG Baltics. Mr. Heinsoo earned his master’s degree in Business Administration from Aalto University in Finland and a Law degree from Concordia International University in Estonia.
