Gutsal Iryna

Iryna GUTSAL is the Director of the International Charity Fund Ukrainian Philanthropic Marketplace (ubb.org.ua), the largest Ukrainian platform for online donations that links social and charity projects with donors and business, and provides a unique service for business which helps to implement charity projects into CSR strategies. As an expert in development and launching of social and charity projects, Ms. Gutsal is responsible for strategy development, fund project management, development and implementation of new projects and areas of activity of the fund, fundraising, and communication with partners. As the Director of the Fund, her main goals are to increase the credibility of the charitable organizations, promote transparency and accountability, and change the attitude towards philanthropy at the national level. Before joining the Fund, she worked at the Victor Pinchuk Foundation. She directly oversaw the largest privately funded Ukrainian scholarship initiative, Zavtra UA, which was developed by Victor Pinchuk Foundation to support young talented Ukrainian students.
