Gurina Nataliya

Nataliya GURINA is the Chief Risk Officer and a Board member at Raiffeisen Bank Aval, where she is responsible for risk management, workout, and collection. Ms. Gurina is the Head of the Credit Committee, the Deputy Head of Problem Loan Committee, and manages UAH 40 billion credit portfolio. Under her supervision there are more than 1100 full-time employees. She is a member of Supervisory Board of Raiffeisen Leasing Aval LLC and serves on various committees including the Asset Liability Committee, Audit Committee, Fraud Management Committee, Project Management Committee, Operational Risk Management Committee, etc. For the last five years, she has been taking numerous courses including effective management skills, stress management, human recourses management, 3M training in RI NCM (Vienna), risk management in CEE (Prague), risk management development (London), etc. She speaks Russian and English. Ms. Gurina was born on May 22nd, 1975. She is married and has three sons. Her interests are traveling and photography.
