Gundych Ihor

Ihor GUNDYCH is the Head of Zhytomyr Regional State Administration since October 27, 2016. Previously, he served as the Deputy Head of Zhytomyr Regional State Administration from April 2016. Mr. Gundych held several positions in Zhytomyr: from May 2006 to November 2010 he was Deputy Mayor on Executive Councils, and from July 2005 to May 2006 worked as Head of the Executive Committee of Zhytomyr City Organization of the Political Party “People's Union Our Ukraine.” Apart from his political career, from October 2012 to April 2016, Mr. Gundych worked in Buriaky village, Berdychiv district (Zhytomyr region) first as Director of the Limited Liability Company Elite, and later, from March 2003 to February 2004, he was the Head of the forage farming PE Pivdenne. From September 1996 to June 2001, Mr. Gundych studied at the Zhytomyr Engineering and Technology Institute where he graduated in Management of Organizations and received the qualification of Manager-Economist. From September 1991 to June 1995 he attended the Zhytomyr Agrotechnical College. Born on December 28th, 1975 in Zhytomyr, he is married and has two sons.
