Sergiy GREBENYUK is a Partner at EPAP Ukraine, where he is the Head of Criminal Law Practice and specializes in criminal law and dispute resolution. He represents clients facing criminal cases and court procedures and has extensive experience in legal security for businesses, internal corporate investigations of possible violations, anti-corruption, and compliance issues. Over the years, he has participated in more than 50 cases. In 2016, he was elected to Civil Oversight Council at the National Anti-Corruption Bureau. He acted as a Deputy Head of the Committee of Criminal and Criminal Procedural Law of the Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA), and since June 2013, he has been leading the UBA Kyiv branch. Previously, Mr. Grebenyuk was a member of the Consultative Council of Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine. Highly regarded by peers and clients for criminal law/business crime expertise, Mr. Grebenyuk has been recognized by Chambers Europe, Best Lawyers, Who's Who Legal and named among notable practitioners according to “Ukrainian Law Firms 2017.” He is also recognized as leading practitioner in a Handbook for Foreign Clients and by the "Client Choice 2017: The Top 100 Best Lawyers of Ukraine".
