Viktor GLADUN is the General Director of JV Poltava Petroleum Company, subsidiary of JKX Oil and Gas Plc. Throughout his career, he has held executive positions in a number of leading international companies in the USA, Ukraine, and Russia. He worked for TNK-BР, Mitsubishi Motors/NIKO, and DTEK. Mr. Gladun has significant experience both in business development as well as in crisis management. Viktor Gladun holds a degree in engineering and finance. He graduated from Harvard Law School with LLM in International Taxation, participated in Harvard University’s project on macroeconomic transformations in Ukraine. He holds a master's degree from the Brandeis University in Sustainable International Development.
