Firsov Yegor

Yegor FIRSOV is a Ukrainian politician who has been a member of the Ukrainian Parliament since April 2014. He is the youngest representative from the Petro Poroshenko Bloc in the VIII convocation. Mr. Firsov was an active participant of the Euromaidan movement, protesting in Kyiv and organizing AutoMaidan actions in the Donetsk region. He was a coordinator of the Committee of the Patriotic Forces of Donbas. In 2011, he joined Ukrainian Democratic Alliance for Reform (UDAR) party, where he served as the head of its local branch in Donetsk city and regional departments. Mr. Firsov currently is the leader of the political force Alternative. He is actively engaged in the Donbass, working on the restoration of the region's economy and eliminating ecological issues. He is an anti-corruption activist and supporter of removal of parliamentary immunity. In 2014, he graduated from Donetsk National University with specialization in law.
