Managing Director , Mercury
Thomas EYMOND-LARITAZ is a Managing Director at Mercury’s London office and currently serves as board member of the Aspen Institute France, Aspen Institute Kyiv, and Aspen Initiative UK. He has more than 15 years of experience advising Presidents, Prime Ministers, CEOs and high-profile individuals throughout the world on their reputation, communications, litigation and crisis management. Prior to joining Mercury, Mr. Eymond-Laritaz was an Executive Director with communication agency APCO Worldwide, where he set-up, led and developed their global geopolitical and reputation practice. Thomas started his career in the French Government and was in charge of inter-ministerial coordination on European affairs in the offices of Prime Ministers Lionel Jospin and Jean-Pierre Raffarin. He then served as an adviser to the Bulgarian Prime Minister Simeon Saxe-Cobourg in Sofia, and to the Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili in Tbilisi. He also served for five years as the Chief of Staff to Victor Pinchuk, one of Ukraine’s most prominent investors, and was the President of the Victor Pinchuk Foundation, the largest private philanthropic foundation in Eastern Europe. A native of Grenoble, Mr. Eymond-Laritaz graduated from the Ecole des Mines de Paris and the Corps des Mines.
