First Deputy Minister of Information Policy of Ukraine
Emine DZHAPAROVA is the First Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Information Policy of Ukraine. Previously, from 2011 to 2014, she was a volunteer host and author of several programs on "ATR" Crimean channel including "Zaman" and "Miz-Mizlar." Prior to going on paternity leave, she served as the Third Secretary of the Department of Humanitarian Affairs of the Department of social and cultural and humanitarian cooperation in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine from 2008 to 2010. Mrs. Dzhaparova was a Volunteer Assistant for National Minorities in the service of First Vice-Prime Minister on Humanitarian Affairs at CMU in Kyiv in 2002 - 2003. She graduated with honors from the Institute of International Relations of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 2006 with a Diploma in Political Analysis in International Affairs and English. Throughout her studies, Mrs. Dzhaparova participated in numerous international programs including the U.S. State Department's International Visitor Leadership Program, Youth Alternative, an internship program in the Secretariat of the First Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, and diplomats training program at the Institute of International Relations Clingendael in the Netherlands.
