Andrii DUDNYK is the Chief Financial Officer at EastOne, and before that, he held the same position at Interpipe Group. Prior, he worked as an Audit Manager and Consultant for Ernst & Young, where he managed various audits, consulting and due diligence projects for large CIS production companies and financial institutions. From 1998 to 2002, Mr. Dudnyk worked as an Auditor and Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen’s offices in Kiev and Zurich, where he coordinated auditing and special consulting projects for financial and investment institutions, participated in complex financial instruments valuations and business modeling projects, as well as provided consulting advice on portfolio strategy issues.
