Bozidar DJELIC is the Managing Director and the Head of Central and Eastern Europe at Lazard, a financial advisory and asset management firm. He advises countries, corporations, and financial institutions on their development programs, financing options, and strategic transactions. His recent assignments include advising the Government of Ukraine on the restructuring its sovereign debt, spearheading the Lazard’s 2015 and 2016 projects in Ukraine, among of them are MinFin, UZ, Oschadbank, Ukreximbank, and working with the Egyptian Government in 2014. Prior to joining Lazard, Mr. Djelic worked for the Serbian Government for over 10 years as a Member of the Serbian Parliament, a Deputy Prime Minister, and as the Minister of Finance and Economy of Serbia. Mr. Djelic holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MPA from J.F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, and an MA from Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales. He also received a diploma from Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) and Sciences Po, Paris.
