Bondarenko Nataliya

Nataliya BONDARENKO is the Corporate Affairs Director at Philip Morris Ukraine, where she leads activities of Philip Morris affiliates in the cluster of markets comprising Armenia, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine. She has a wealth of experience in a legal field, encompassing a wide variety of specializations from litigation to intellectual property rights, antimonopoly legislation, taxation and other spheres. In addition, she has a solid background in government relations, working with legislative, executive, and regulatory bodies at various levels. Ms. Bondarenko's career includes successful work in the managerial and top-managerial positions with renowned multinational corporations like Gedeon Richter, Unilever, Carlsberg, and Philip Morris. Ms. Bodarenko is a graduate of Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University, Department of Law. She is married and has three children. At the personal level, Nataliya is passionate about Ukrainian arts and culture, and a healthy lifestyle.
