Roman BONDAR is a Managing Partner at Odgers Berndtson Ukraine, where he is responsible for the industrial practice, CEO and Board Members searches in Ukraine. He also specializes in CEO and Non-Executive Director searches. Before joining Odgers Berndtson, Mr. Bondar worked as a Senior Consultant at a leading executive search and talent equity consulting company, focusing on agribusiness, mining, and metallurgy sectors. Before this, he held senior management roles in finance and human resources at a public Ukrainian real estate development company and an international audit firm. Roman obtained his master’s degree in Finance at the National Academy of Management, Kyiv.
