Nadiya BILOUS is the Director of Corporate and Legal Affairs at the British American Tobacco (BAT) Ukraine, where she provides legal support in anti-competition law, AIT matters management, corporate, marketing etc., while overseeing the BAT's operations in Caucasus, Central Asia, and Belarus. She began her career at the British American Tobacco in 2003, starting as the company's lawyer. Since then, she has held a number of positions in various spheres of legal support and protection of the BAT interests. Her previous experience in international law firms and at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine has contributed to Ms. Bilous’ ability to operate within a strictly regulated legal environment. She is an expert in Intellectual Property Law, Trade Law and Distribution, Corporate Law, AIT, External Councils Management, and coaching. Ms. Bilous is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, and English
