Member of Parliament of Ukraine
Dmytro BILOTSERKOVETS is a young Ukrainian politician, an active participant of the Revolution of Dignity, and a member of the Parliament of Ukraine. He is also an advisor to Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko, responsible for the strategic development of the city in areas of decentralization, local self-government, and infrastructure. He is an active member of political party UDAR (Ukrainian Democratic Alliance for Reforms) of Vitaliy Klitschko. For his short political and civil servant career, he has held several executive positions in UDAR, including the Head of youth-wing organization and the Head of the central office. He was born and started his political career in Sevastopol. He established and led several pro-Ukrainian movements in Crimea. From the beginning of Russian aggression, he defended pro-European positions on the territory of Crimea. As a pro-Ukrainian activist, he was forced to leave Crimea due to physical pressure and life threats. Now, as a member of parliament, he fights crimes against humanity in the territory of temporary occupied Crimea and manages the prosecution process of those who are responsible for the occupation. Additionally, he is an active supporter of the Crimean diaspora in Kiev.
