Member of Parliament of Ukraine
Olga BIELKOVA is a member of the Ukrainian Parliament. Representing the political party UDAR of V. Klychko, Ms. Bielkova joined the Verkhovna Rada on December 12, 2012. Currently, she is a member of Petro Poroshenko Bloc and serves as the Head of the Committee on Fuel and Energy Complex, Nuclear Policy and Nuclear Safety. She is a permanent member of the Ukrainian Delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of OSCE and NATO, a member of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) International Board, as well as a Co-chair of the Parliamentary Non-Partisan Caucuses “For Energy Independence of Ukraine”, "Green Energy of Changes” and “For Digital Future of Ukraine”. Prior to her election, she was the Managing Partner of EastLabs.co, a start-up business accelerator in Kyiv and previously was part of the executive management team of the Victor Pinchuk Foundation. Olga Bielkova holds a master's degree in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, a law degree from the Kyiv Shevchenko National University, and a degree in economics from the Cherkassy State Engineering University.
